We do not organise carpooling. We only offer a carpooling platform where drivers and passengers can meet. 

Respect the following procedure:

  1. If you want to join the carpooling as driver or passenger, request the carpooling link (See topic 'What is the procedure for this event...?')
  2. Fill in the Carpooling Form.
  3. An autoresponder will immediately send you the link to the online carpooling list. Check your spam folder if you don't receive it.
  4. As a driver, add your car to the list and provide the necessary details: your name, contact number, pick-up place and time and amount of the carpooling fee.
  5. As a passenger, look for a driver in your neighbourhood and contact them first before adding your name to a car. If your driver agrees, place your name in their car. Otherwise add yourself to the waitlist.
  6. As a passenger on the waitlist, check the list regularly for new drivers although you should receive an e-mail notification once a new driver is added to the list.
  7. Passengers don't wait for the drivers to ask for the carpooling fees.
  8. Respect all federal and local SOPs in place.
  9. Bring clean clothes/slippers in order not to dirty your driver’s car. An extra towel and some old newspapers might come in handy as well.
  10. If you can't make it for the event, inform your driver in order to avoid unnecessary detours and waiting time. Remove yourself from the carpooling list.
  11. Don't use the comment section on the event page for carpooling arrangements.
