Kindly follow the next steps:

  1. Have you submitted the Membership Form after 01/06/2017...? If not, do so by clicking here
  2. Is your info outdated...? If so, submit the Update Form by clicking here.
  3. Fill in the online Participation Form by clicking here.
  4. An autoresponder will supply you with the necessary financial details.
  5. Make immediate payment of the RM100.00 Commitment Fee. This will allow us to see whether we will have enough participants to schedule the event. 
  6. The payment schedule can be found in the message from the autoresponder and in the article 'What is the payment procedure...?' of the Knowledge Base. 
  7. We need minimum 12 participants for this event, otherwise the event will not take place. In case we don't have 12 participants all paid sums will be refunded.
  8. Make sure you have received our message that the event is confirmed before you book any flights.
  9. Click on the Attend button on the event page to place yourself on the Attendees list. Do not do so if you have not paid the Commitment fee or the deposit. If you do, we will revert your status to Not Attending in case we don't receive payment within 24 hours. 
  10. Clicking the Attend button on the Meetup page will not guarantee a spot; only payment does.
  11. We send out an acknowledgement of receipt upon receiving your payment.
  12. Respect the payment schedule which you will receive via the autoresponder. 
  13. Your status in Meetup will only be changed to 'Paid' once full payment has been made.
  14. Save the mobile number of the event host in your phone. The number can be found in the e-mail you will receive upon submitting the Participation Form. 
  15. Covid-19 related procedures and restrictions for travelling to/from Malaysia and South Korea might change in the future. Pay attention to these prevailing rules and comply with all government regulations.
  16. The coordinates of the meet-up place will be sent to you in the Recommendations pdf file.
