- After submitting the Participation Form, an autoresponder will supply you with the necessary financial details.
- This event will only take place once we have 10 participants who have paid the commitment fee for this event. In case we don't have 12 participants, the event will not be scheduled and a full refund of the paid sums will be issued.
- Make the payment of the Commitment Fee to pre-book your spot. This will allow us to see whether we will have enough participants to schedule the event.
- Adhere to the following payment schedule.
Payment date Amount Commitment Fee upon booking RM100.00 Deposit upon confirmation that the event will take place RM250.00 * Installment #1 latest by 01/01/2024 RM300.00 Installment #2 latest by 01/02/2024 RM300.00 Installment #3 latest by 01/03/2024 RM300.00 Balance latest by 01/04/2024 RM300.00 - * For those who book a Deluxe Twin Room, the deposit will be RM400.00 instead.
- Bookings made after 01/01/2024 will require payment of the deposit and the due installments up to the date of the booking.
- Your booking date is the date on which you have effectively paid the deposit.
- We send out an acknowledgement of receipt via e-mail or WhatsApp message upon receiving your payment.
- Respect this payment schedule which you will also receive via e-mail.
