Kindly follow the next steps:

  1. Have you submitted the Membership Form after 01/06/2017...? If not, do so by clicking here. 
  2. Is your info outdated...? If so, submit the Update Form by clicking here.
  3. Fill in the online Participation Form by clicking here.
  4. An autoresponder will supply you with the necessary financial details.
  5. Make immediate payment of the RM100.00 Commitment Fee. This will allow us to see whether we will have enough participants to schedule the event.
  6. This event will only take place once we have 15 participants who have paid the Commitment Fee and the Deposit for this event. In case we don't have 15 participants, the event will not be scheduled and a full refund of the paid monies will be issued.
  7. The event is confirmed, so kindly make immediate payment of the RM290.00 (Commitment Fee + Deposit). If you book after 01/01/2024 you also need to pay the instalments due.
  8. Make sure you have received our confirmation that the event is confirmed before you book any flights.
  9. Click on the Attend button on the event page to place yourself on the Attendees list. Do not do so if you have not paid the Commitment Fee. If you do, we will revert your status to Not Attending in case we don't receive payment within 24 hours. 
  10. Clicking the Attend button on the Meetup page will not guarantee a spot; only payment does.
  11. We send out a confirmation e-mail upon receiving your payment.
  12. Respect the payment schedule which you will receive via the autoresponder and can also be found in the article 'What is the payment procedure...?' of the Knowledge Base. . 
  13. Your status in Meetup will only be changed to 'Paid' once full payment has been made.
  14. Save the mobile number of the event host in your phone. The number can be found in the e-mail you will receive upon submitting the Participation Form. 
  15. Covid-19 related procedures and restrictions for travelling to/from Malaysia and Japan might change over the next few months. Pay attention to these prevailing rules and comply with all government regulations.
  16. The coordinates of the meet-up place will be sent to you in the Recommendations pdf file.
