Kindly follow the next steps:

  1. Have you submitted the Membership Form after 01/06/2017...? If not, do so by clicking here  
  2. Is your info outdated...? If so, submit the Update Form by clicking here.
  3. Fill in the participation form for this event by clicking here
  4. After submitting the participation form you will receive an e-mail from the autoresponder with the financial details.
  5. - Malaysians: The participation fee per person is RM250.00 (single bed in twin room) or RM265.00 (double bed for yourself in twin room) - subject to availability .
    - Non-Malaysians: The participation fee per person is RM270.00 (single bed in twin room) or RM285.00 (double bed for yourself in twin room) - subject to availability . 
  6. Make immediate payment of the RM50.00 Commitment Fee. This will allow us to see whether we will have enough participants to schedule the event. **The event is confirmed**
  7. We need 21 participants for this event, otherwise the event will not take place. In case we don't have 21 participants all paid sums will be refunded.
  8. If we have 21 participants for this event, the Commitment Fee will be considered as your deposit and we will confirm your participation via e-mail.
  9. Due to the 1:7 ratio of MGP guides, we can only confirm your participation once we have a block of seven hikers who have signed up. We will keep you posted after you have made the payment of the Commitment Fee.
  10. Click on the Attend button on the event page to place yourself on the Attendees list. Do not do so if you have not paid the Commitment fee or the deposit. If you do, we will revert your status to Not Attending in case we don't receive payment within 24 hours. 
  11. Clicking the Attend button on the Meetup page will not guarantee a spot; only payment does.
  12. We send out an acknowledgement of receipt upon receiving your payment. We will do this manually, so be patient. 
  13. We will send out a confirmation e-mail once the event is confirmed.
  14. Respect the payment schedule which you will receive via the autoresponder. Your status in Meetup will only be changed to 'Paid' once full payment has been made.
  15. The package includes a two nights stay in a ho(s)tel in Jerantut. Accommodation is based on twin sharing. Accommodation is provided for Friday and Saturday night.
  16. This is a package exclusive of transport to Jerantut. You have to drive yourself or make carpooling arrangements.

  18. Cancellation policy:
    - no refund of the Commitment Fee/Deposit whatsoever as you made a commitment to join
    - non-refundable but transferable after 15/04/2024

    - non-refundable and not transferable after 01/07/2024.  
  19. Save the mobile number of the event host in your phone. The number can be found in the e-mail you will receive upon submitting the Participation Form. 
  20. Do not come to the venue:
    • if you do not have MySejahtera installed on your mobile phone
    • if your MySejahtera status is "High Risk" 
    • if your body temperature is above 37 degrees Celsius
    • if you have flu like symptoms
    • if you are awaiting the results of a recently performed Covid-19 test
    • if you are a close contact of a person who tested positive for Covid-19 within the last 14 days
    • if you are a Person Under Surveillance or a Person Under Investigation concerning Covid-19
  21. Respect federal and local SOPs at all time.
  22. At the meet-up point you might meet people you haven't met since the outbreak of Covid-19. Protect yourself and others by wearing a face mask...!

  23. Keeping a physical distance is encouraged.
  24. Wearing a face mask or buff is encouraged when you are close to others.
  25. Ensure personal hygiene measures before, during and after the hike. Certainly do not spit. 

  26. Respect the mandatory cut-off times as indicated in the likely schedule. Otherwise a RM20.00 penalty will be imposed.

  27. If you can't make it for the event, you need to remove yourself from the Attendees list by clicking the X on the event page before the event starts.
