It is important to know that:
- If you come by car, pay attention to the given coordinates. Drivers please check the coordinates and the route you intend to follow, at least the day before the event to avoid any hiccups. It is not the first time that an app sends a driver to a different location...!
- Make sure you reach the meet-up point at TMG Mart Jerantut Bandar in a timely manner. In case you plan to arrive later in Jerantut, let us know in advance.
- Ho(s)tel accommodation for Friday night is included in the package because we will start the event early Saturday morning.
Bring enough drinks and snacks (carbohydrates). For the hikes, isotonic drinks are not a luxury and you will need at least 1.5 litres.
On Saturday we will start before dawn with a moderate hike (IBP 41 - around 3.5 kilometres - elevation gain around 270 metres) to Bukit Panau. Hopefully we can witness the sea of clouds by daybreak. We will head back to Jerantut later that morning where you can have lunch.
In the afternoon we will hike Bukit Buluh and its red forest (IBP 52 - around 3 kilometres - elevation gain around 290 metres). We return to the ho(s)tel after the hike.
Sunday morning, after checking out, we will drive to Temerloh where we will hike Gunung Senyum (IBP 64 - around 7 kilometres - elevation gain around 500 metres). The Gunung Senyum eco-park has also several impressive caves.
We return to Kuala Lumpur on Sunday after the hike.
Accommodation will be in a ho(s)tel and is based on twin sharing. Single beds and double beds (single occupancy) are available.

The hikes will take place unless for any reason your safety cannot be guaranteed. However we can not be held responsible if the local organisers would cancel the event, for whatever reason.
