Kindly follow the next steps:

  1. Have you submitted the Membership Form after 01/06/2017...? If not, do so by clicking here

  2. Is your info outdated...? If so, submit the Update Form by clicking here.

  3. Fill in the online Participation Form by clicking here

  4. An autoresponder will supply you with the necessary financial details. 

  5. Once you receive the details, make immediate payment of  RM500 Commitment Fee and deposit.

  6. The payment schedule for the remainder of the fees can be found in the article 'What is the payment procedure...?' of the Knowledge Base.

  7. Make sure you have received our message that the event is confirmed before you book any flights.

  8. Click on the Join/Attend button on the event page to place yourself on the Attendees list. Do not RSVP if you have not paid the commitment fee and deposit. If you do, we may revert your status to Not Going.

  9. Clicking Join/Attend on the Meetup page will not guarantee a spot. Your spot is only confirmed when you have effectively paid the Deposit.

  10. We send out a confirmation e-mail or WhatsApp message upon receiving your payment.

  11. Respect the payment schedule which you will receive via e-mail.

  12. Your status in Meetup will only be changed to 'Paid' once full payment has been made.

  13. Save the mobile number of the event host in your phone. The number can be found in the e-mail you will receive upon submitting the Participation Form.
