Kindly follow the next steps:
- Have you submitted the Membership Form after 01/06/2017...? If not, do so by clicking here.
- Is your info outdated...? If so, submit the Update Form by clicking here.
- If you want to join the Sunday hike at Bukit Jugra, make the online payment of RM20.00 for the Permit Fee. MalaysianNon-MalaysianRM20.00RM20.00The DuitNow QR code will be available soon. As for now pay into RHB account 21231200103594 in favour of KL Hiking PLT. Kindly do not use any other account.
Kindly inform us via WhatsApp or e-mail once you have made the payment.
- The paid fees are absolutely non-refundable, nor transferable. Forestry Department does not allow us to make any name changes after the permit is issued.
- We will accept payments until Sunday 23/02/2025 - 11:59pm. No payment on or before 23/02/2025 implies no participation.
- We don't send out confirmation e-mails. After we have received your payment we will manually change your status on Meetup to Paid.
- We will apply for a permit, only for those whose names can be found in this online list. If your name is not there, we haven't received your payment.
- Click on the check mark on the event page to place yourself on the Attendees list.
- Those who have clicked Attending without having paid the fee, will not be allowed to join the Bukit Jugra hike on Sunday.
- Do you want to join the carpooling as a driver or a passenger...? If so, click here.
- Save the mobile number of the event host in your phone. The number can be found in the carpooling e-mail.
- The coordinates of the meet-up place are 2.790596, 101.410876. Google Maps: Pantai Kelanang Camp Site.
The meet-up time listed on the event page is the time that the event starts. Be sure to reach the meet-up place at least 15 minutes prior to the meet-up time. The event starts at 09:00 am.
If you can't make it by 09:00 am, feel free to join any time you like.
Make sure you have a gps navigation app (like ~in alphabetical order~ AllTrails (paid version), Gaia, Hiiker, Komoot, Maps.me, OSMAnd, Wikiloc,...) installed on your phone and make sure that it is working properly.
If you don't have an app installed yet, we suggest to use Hiiker to start with. Once you have downloaded the offline map of Malaysia, you can easily import and navigate any gpx file.

- if you do not have MySejahtera installed on your mobile phone
- if your MySejahtera status is any other than "Low Risk" or "Casual Contact Low Risk"
- if your body temperature is above 37 degrees Celsius
- if you have flu like symptoms
- if you are awaiting the results of a recently performed Covid-19 test
- if you are a close contact of a person who tested positive for Covid-19 within the last 14 days
- if you are a Person Under Surveillance or a Person Under Investigation concerning Covid-19
- Scan the registration QR code at the venue and check-in online once you arrive.
- Scan the QR code to obtain the gpx file.
- Show your health status as displayed in MySejahtera to the organiser.
- Respect federal and local SOPs at all time.
- Ensure personal hygiene measures before, during and after the hike. Certainly do not spit.
- Respect the mandatory cut-off times as indicated in the likely schedule. Otherwise a RM20.00 penalty will be imposed.
- If you can't make it for the event, you need to remove yourself from the Attendees list by clicking the X on the event page before the event starts.
- Upon finishing the hike, scan the registration QR code at the venue and check-out online. If you're offline, do so once you're getting online again, otherwise a RM20.00 penalty will be imposed.
