The paid fees are transferable provided you find your own replacement before RSVP closes. To avoid all misunderstandings: 'Finding your own', means you can not use KLH Meetup web pages to "advertise". It is the participant's onus to find their own replacement and to make their individual financial arrangements. Do keep us updated.
If the participant is unable to find their own replacement, the following scheme will apply, provided that the payment schedule has been strictly respected.

Important:
- If, before our departure, external factors make it not permissible, possible, safe or practical for us to enter Sabah, we will be forced to cancel the trip. If this happens we will do the utmost to recuperate the paid monies. We can only refund the recuperated sums.
- If after arrival in Sabah, some external factors make it not permissible, possible, safe or practical for us to hike, we will be forced to cancel the hike(s). In such a scenario, we reserve the right to amend the itinerary without any refund.
