Kindly follow the next steps:

  1. Have  you submitted the Membership Form after 01/06/2017...? If not, do so by clicking here.   
  2. Is your info outdated...? If so, submit the Update Form by clicking here. 
  3. Make the online payment for the camping fee and or permit application. 
    Those who have already paid for the Bukit Kutu event, only have to pay the camping fee.

  4. The paid fees are absolutely non-refundable, nor transferable. 
  5. For the Bukit Kutu event, we will accept payments until Sunday 01/06/2025 at 11:59pm. No payment on or before 01/06/2025 implies no participation. However do note that your participation for the hike to Bukit Kutu can only be confirmed if we have a block of seven participants due to the 1:7 guide ratio.
    For the camping event, we will accept payments until Friday 06/06/2025 at 11:59pm.  
  6. We don't send out confirmation e-mails. After we have received your payment we will manually change your status on Meetup to Paid.
  7. Click on the check mark on the event page to place yourself on the Attendees list.
  8. Those who have clicked Attending without having paid the fee, will be removed from the attendees list after 24 hours.
  9. Do you want to join the carpooling as a driver or a passenger...? If so, click here.
  10. Save the mobile number of the event host in your phone. The number can be found in the carpooling e-mail.
  11. The coordinates of the meet-up place are 3.574811, 101.736672. You can use Bukit Kutu Hikers Parking in Google Maps.
  12. The meet-up time listed on the event page is the time that the event starts. If you can't make it by 09:00 am, feel free to join us anytime after that. 
  13. Do not come to the venue:
    • if you do not have MySejahtera installed on your mobile phone
    • if your MySejahtera status is any other than "Low Risk" or "Casual Contact Low Risk"
    • if your body temperature is above 37 degrees Celsius
    • if you have flu like symptoms
    • if you are awaiting the results of a recently performed Covid-19 test
    • if you are a close contact of a person who tested positive for Covid-19 within the last 14 days
    • if you are a Person Under Surveillance or a Person Under Investigation concerning Covid-19
  14. Ensure personal hygiene measures before, during and after the hike. Certainly do not spit.
