Kindly follow the next steps:

  1. Have you submitted the Membership Form after 01/06/2017...? If not, do so by clicking here.  
  2. Is your info outdated...? If so, submit the Update Form by clicking here. 
  3. Fill in the online Participation Form by clicking here.
  4. An autoresponder will supply you with the necessary financial details.
  5. Make immediate payment of the Commitment Fee of RM100.00. This will allow us to see whether we will have enough participants to schedule the event. By paying the Commitment Fee you make a formal commitment to join, hence a Commitment Fee will not be refunded if you decide not to join once the event is confirmed.
  6. The payment schedule can be found in the message from the autoresponder and in the article 'What is the payment procedure...?' of the Knowledge Base. 
  7. We need 8 participants for this event, otherwise the event will not take place. In case we don't have 8 participants all paid sums will be refunded. Furthermore we need either 8, 16 or 24 participants.
  8. Make sure you have received our message that the event is confirmed before you book any flights.
  9. Click on the Attend button on the event page to place yourself on the Attendees list. Do not do so if you have not paid the Commitment Fee. If you do, we will revert your status to Not Attending in case we don't receive payment within 24 hours. 
  10. Clicking the Attend button on the Meetup page will not guarantee a spot; only payment does.
  11. We send out an acknowledgement of receipt upon receiving your payment.
  12. Respect the payment schedule which you will receive via the autoresponder. 
  13. Your status in Meetup will only be changed to 'Paid' once full payment has been made.
  14. Save the mobile number of the event host in your phone. The number can be found in the e-mail you will receive upon submitting the Participation Form. 
  15. The coordinates of the meet-up place will be sent to you in the Recommendations pdf file.
  16. Do not come to the venue:
    • if you do not have MySejahtera installed on your mobile phone
    • if your MySejahtera status is "High Risk" 
    • if your body temperature is above 37 degrees Celsius
    • if you have flu like symptoms
    • if you are awaiting the results of a recently performed Covid-19 test
    • if you are a close contact of a person who tested positive for Covid-19 within the last 14 days
    • if you are a Person Under Surveillance or a Person Under Investigation concerning Covid-19
  17. Respect federal and local SOPs at all time. 
  18. Ensure personal hygiene measures before, during and after the hike. Certainly do not spit.
  19. Respect the mandatory cut-off times as indicated in the likely schedule.
