Kindly follow the next steps:

  1. Have you submitted the Membership Form after 01/06/2017...? If not, do so by clicking here.   
  2. Is your info outdated...? If so, submit the Update Form by clicking here.
  3. Fill in the participation form for this event by clicking here. 
  4. After submitting the participation form you will receive an e-mail from the autoresponder with the financial details.
  5. The participation fee per person is determined by the number of people who will join the event due to the 1:7 compulsory MGP guide ratio. More info can be found here.
  6. Click on the Attend button on the event page to place yourself on the Attendees list. Do not do so if you have not paid the deposit of RM200.00. If you do, we will revert your status to Not Attending in case we don't receive payment within 24 hours. 
  7. Clicking the Attend button on the Meetup page will not guarantee a spot; only payment does. Deadline for payments: Sunday 06/07/2025 - 11:59 pm. 
  8. We send out an acknowledgement of receipt upon receiving your payment. We will do this manually, so be patient. 
  9. Do you want to join the carpooling as a driver or a passenger...? If so, click here.
  10. Cancellation policy: non-refundable but transferable until 06/07/2025 (no exceptions...!).  
  11. Save the mobile number of the event host in your phone. The number can be found in the e-mail you will receive upon submitting the Participation Form.

  13. Do not come to the venue:
    • if you do not have MySejahtera installed on your mobile phone
    • if your MySejahtera status is "High Risk" 
    • if your body temperature is above 37 degrees Celsius
    • if you have flu like symptoms
    • if you are awaiting the results of a recently performed Covid-19 test
    • if you are a close contact of a person who tested positive for Covid-19 within the last 14 days
    • if you are a Person Under Surveillance or a Person Under Investigation concerning Covid-19
  14. Respect federal and local SOPs at all time. 
  15. Ensure personal hygiene measures before, during and after the hike. Certainly do not spit.
  16. Respect the mandatory cut-off times as indicated in the likely schedule. Otherwise a RM20.00 penalty will be imposed. 
  17. If you can't make it for the event, you need to remove yourself from the Attendees list by clicking the X on the event page before the event starts.
