Kindly follow the next steps:

  1. Have you submitted the Membership Form after 01/06/2017...? If not, do so by clicking here.   
  2. Is your info outdated...? If so, submit the Update Form by clicking here.
  3. The participation fee per person depends for which activities you want to participate - see the article How much does it cost to participate.
  4. Click on the Attend button on the event page to place yourself on the Attendees list. Do not do so if you have not paid the participation fee. If you do, we will revert your status to Not Attending in case we don't receive payment within 24 hours. 
  5. Clicking the Attend button on the Meetup page will not guarantee a spot; only payment does. Deadline for payments: Tuesday 07/10/2025 - 11:59 pm. 
  6. We send out an acknowledgement of receipt upon receiving your payment. We will do this manually, so be patient. 
  7. Do you want to join the carpooling as a driver or a passenger...? If so, click here. Be sure to make proper carpooling arrangements.
  8. Cancellation policy: non-refundable but transferable until 07/10/2025 (no exceptions...!).  
  9. Save the mobile number of the event host in your phone. The number can be found in the carpooling e-mail. 
  10. The tentative coordinates of the meet-up place are listed in the article What do I need to know for this event.
  11. Do not come to the venue:
    • if you do not have MySejahtera installed on your mobile phone
    • if your MySejahtera status is "High Risk" 
    • if your body temperature is above 37 degrees Celsius
    • if you have flu like symptoms
    • if you are awaiting the results of a recently performed Covid-19 test
    • if you are a close contact of a person who tested positive for Covid-19 within the last 14 days
    • if you are a Person Under Surveillance or a Person Under Investigation concerning Covid-19
  12. Respect federal and local SOPs at all time. 
  13. Ensure personal hygiene measures before, during and after the hike. Certainly do not spit.
  14. Respect the mandatory cut-off times as indicated in the likely schedule. Otherwise a RM20.00 penalty will be imposed. 
  15. If you can't make it for the event, you need to remove yourself from the Attendees list by clicking the X on the event page before the event starts.
