The likely schedule is as follows:


Day 1

  • Arrival in Kota Kinabalu airport before 12:00 pm
  • Van transfer to Tambunan Base Camp 1
  • Overnight under flysheet in Tambunan Base Camp 1 


Day 2

  • Transfer to the trailhead with 4WD
  • Hike to Erick Brooke camp
  • Overnight under flysheet in Erick Brooke camp 


Day 3

  • Hike to Gunung Sinsing
  • Hike to Gunung Kaingaran
  • Hike back to Erick Brooke camp 
  • Overnight under flysheet in Erick Brooke camp


Day 4

  • Hike back to the trailhead
  • 4WD transfer to Tambunan Base Camp 1 
  • Van transfer to Kota Kinabalu airport 
  • Leave Kota Kinabalu after 09:00 pm
