1. After submitting the Participation Form, an autoresponder will supply you with the necessary financial details.
2. This event will only take place once we have 8 participants who have paid the Commitment Fee for this event. In case we don't have 8 participants, the event will not be scheduled and a full refund of the paid sums will be issued. 
3. Make the payment of the Commitment Fee to pre-book your spot. This will allow us to see whether we will have enough participants to schedule the event.
4. Adhere to the following payment schedule.

   Deposit once the event is confirmed	RM400.00
   Instalment #1 latest by 01/02/2026	RM650.00
   Instalment #2 latest by 01/03/2026	RM650.00
   Instalment #3 latest by 01/04/2026	RM650.00
   Instalment #4 latest by 01/05/2026	RM650.00
   Balance latest by 01/06/2026	TBA

5. Bookings made after 01/02/2026 will require payment of the Commitment Fee, Deposit and the due instalments up to the date of the booking.
6. Your booking date is the date on which you have effectively paid the deposit.
7. We send out an acknowledgement of receipt via e-mail or WhatsApp message upon receiving your payment.
8. Respect this payment schedule which you will also receive via e-mail.
