- After submitting the Participation Form, an autoresponder will supply you with the necessary financial details.
- This event will only take place once we have 8 participants who have paid the Commitment Fee for this event. In case we don't have 8 participants, the event will not be scheduled and a full refund of the paid sums will be issued.
- Make the payment of the Commitment Fee to pre-book your spot. This will allow us to see whether we will have enough participants to schedule the event.
- Adhere to the following payment schedule.
Payment date Amount Commitment Fee RM100.00 Deposit once the event is confirmed RM400.00 Instalment #1 latest by 01/02/2026 RM650.00 Instalment #2 latest by 01/03/2026 RM650.00 Instalment #3 latest by 01/04/2026 RM650.00 Instalment #4 latest by 01/05/2026 RM650.00 Balance latest by 01/06/2026 TBA - Bookings made after 01/02/2026 will require payment of the Commitment Fee, Deposit and the due instalments up to the date of the booking.
- Your booking date is the date on which you have effectively paid the deposit.
- We send out an acknowledgement of receipt via e-mail or WhatsApp message upon receiving your payment.
- Respect this payment schedule which you will also receive via e-mail.
